If you send us a brief
We keep what you send us: your website, what you sell, who buys it, and the address you write from. We use it to research your market and reply to you. We do not sell it or share it with anyone outside the people and systems that run Coldproof. Write to us from the same address and we delete it.
If we email you about your business
Coldproof sends business email to business addresses about business matters. Each email names who sent it, gives a postal address, and carries a one-click way to stop further email. A stop request is honoured the same day and your address is kept on a suppression list so no later campaign can email it again.
The facts in such an email come from public sources, each kept with its URL and date. We do not buy or scrape private data, and we do not use personal social accounts.
What this website records
No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics are on this site today. The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps request logs for security under its own policy. The figures shown on the proof page are the company’s own operating numbers, not data about visitors.
